Surf Kids - Development Program
Our Surf Development Program is run as an after school activity each term. We tailor ourDevelopment Program to revolve around fun, the development of ocean confidence & skills and establishment of foundations for long term surfing ability.
In this course we take a deep dive into the technicalities of surfing. Going into more detail than before to take your surfers skills to the next level and helping them become the best surfer they can be.
On flat days we will be incorporating some water and land based training and fitness related activities aimed at developing the crucial skills to improve your surfing as well as doing workshops on equipment and how to take care of it, swell and ocean knowledge etc.
At this level we will also be introducing your surfer to Surf Skating. An extremely useful tool that we will be utilising on flat days to practice surfing manoeuvres. Skate provides the repetition that is not often found in the ocean.
We also dive into some SUPing (Stand Up Paddle boarding) and teach you all about the fundamentals of understanding the wind and ocean conditions.

LESSONS
*Surfing is not guaranteed every week as conditions are dependent on Mother Nature.
VALIDITY
All packages and lessons are valid for 1 term. We also have a no refund policy. If your surfer is no longer able to attend the program please contact us for next steps and what we can do.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to lesson time, not earlier as your Coaches might be in the water with a previous lesson.
If you are more than 15 minutes late from the actual start time given by the coaches, you may not be able to attend nor can your lesson be re-booked.
This is due to missing the safety and equipment brief at the beginning. Entering the water without this knowledge puts everyone at risk.
