Q1: Do I need to be experienced?

A: Absolutely not! Our trips and camps are designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced surfers.

Whether it’s your first time on a board or you want to refine your skills, our friendly coaches will guide you every step of the way. Everyone progresses at their own pace.

Q2: What if I come alone?

A: Solo travelers are more than welcome! Surf House trips are social and inclusive, and most guests come alone or with a friend. You’ll quickly meet like-minded surfers, and our team makes sure you feel part of the group from day one.

Q3: Can I pay in installments?

A: Yes! We offer flexible payment options so you can secure your spot with a deposit and pay the rest in installments before the trip. Just contact us, and we’ll set up a plan that works for you.

Q4: What happens if the waves are small?

A: We carefully select surf destinations with consistent waves suitable for all levels. Even if conditions aren’t perfect, we adjust sessions to maximize your learning and fun, focusing on technique, balance, and safety.

Q5: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: We understand plans change. You can cancel up to 30 days before the trip for a full refund, minus any transaction fees. For cancellations closer to the trip, partial refunds or rescheduling options are available. 

Q6: What equipment is included?

A: Most of our trips include surfboards, leashes and basic safety gear. You only need to bring your swimwear, sunscreen, and a positive attitude. If you need to bring your own board, that’s fine too and it will clearly be stated on our website !

Q7: Do I need travel insurance?

A: Yes, we highly recommend travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and activities like surfing. It’s an extra layer of peace of mind so you can focus on enjoying the waves.

Q8: How do I get to the surf spot?

A: Transfers from your accommodation to the surf spots are included for most trips. Our team will guide you step by step, ensuring you arrive safely and on time for every session.

Q9: What’s the accommodation like?

A: Our trips include carefully selected accommodation ranging from beachfront villas to boutique resorts, depending on the destination. Comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to the surf are always top priorities.

Q10: Are the trips suitable for families or kids?

A: Most trips are tailored for adults and solo travelers, but some destinations welcome teens and families (such as Oman)
