Surf House Dubai operates a no refund policy. 

Surf House Dubai offers a 7 days return policy from the date you receive the goods.
Once we have received a returned product and we have inspected the product to confirm it is unused (with all packaging and tags intact) we offer online store credit to the same value of your purchase, minus the delivery charge and any other shipment fees.
