    RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

    Surf House Dubai offers a 7 day returns policy from the date you receive the goods. Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact.
    Returns will be accepted for the below reasons:

    The wrong product was sent by The Surf House Men Physical Fitness Club LLC.
    The product was damaged in shipping.
    The product is faulty, defective or has been tampered with prior to receipt by the customer.
    The customer would like to return the product for store credit or an exchange.
    Returns are normally processed within 7 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse.
    Upon inspection of the returned product, Surf House Dubai will offer store credit to the same value of your purchase in store, minus the delivery charge and any other shipment fees.
    Please note, it may take up to 72 hours to process your store credit after we have approved your returned item.
    In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Surf House Dubai reserves the right not to accept the returned item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
    A return & credit confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.


    CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE IN STORE AT SURF HOUSE DUBAI?

    Yes we offer in-store returns & exchanges. To return your purchase online please head to the Contact page, write "Returns & Exchange" as the title of your message and fill out your order details within 7 days of receiving your order.
    ORGANISING RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS
    Head to the Contact page and write "Returns & Exchange" as the title of your message within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Quote your order number and list the items you wish to return. If you are looking to make an exchange, please also quote the product name and desired size.
    We will then notify you when Aramex will make the collection from your given shipping address for the items you wish to return.
    You will receive an email with a link for you to track the status of your return or exchange.

    Head to the Contact page and write "Returns & Exchange" as the title of your message within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Quote your order number and list the items you wish to return. If you are looking to make an exchange, please also quote the product name and desired size.
    We will then notify you when Aramex will make the collection from your given shipping address for the items you wish to return.
    You will receive an email with a link for you to track the status of your return or exchange.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Any items included but not listed in the returns request will not be accepted.
    All orders must be returned in one package.
    All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. 

    DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

    All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please head to the Contact page and write "Damaged / Faulty Returns & Exchange" as the title of your message then fill out your order details in the form within 48 hours of receiving the item. 
    Please provide photographic proof of the damaged item as it you received it. 
    Any item that displays signs of use and is not returned within it's original packaging with all tags attached will not be eligible as a Damaged / Faulty Return & Exchange item.
    Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the credit/exchange.


    SURF HOUSE DUBAI RIGHTS

    Please note, Surf House Dubai reserves the right to refuse store credit and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
    Surf House Dubai operates a no-cancellation policy. Once a purchase is made it is considered final.
    Returns made outside of the 7-day timeframe will not be accepted.
    Customers who make more than 2 Cash On Delivery cancellations may be prohibited from making Cash On Delivery orders.
