Delivery & Shipping

Orders are only accepted currently for small boxed items. Surfboards, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Skateboards and similar big ticket items currently aren't included for delivery.

We use Aramex courier service to deliver your package to your door any where in the G.C.C region apart from select 'out of service' areas*.

For orders within the U.A.E., delivery typically takes 48-72 hours depending on location and customer availability.

For orders within the G.C.C. delivery typically takes 5-6 working days subject to customs clearance.

For international orders outside of the G.C.C. region please call our customer service team at Surf House Dubai on +971 50 5043020 to discuss shipment costs.

Our shipping fees vary depending on the total quantity of items, size & weight, shipping speed and delivery address selected.

The most accurate way to find the shipping charge for your order is to place the items you wish to order to your shopping cart and click through to the next page to enter your delivery address. Once you have entered your delivery address click through the final page of the checkout process - here you will see exact shipping options & costs.

To see the different shipping rates available for the items in your Shopping Cart:
1. Open your Shopping Cart.
2. Click 'Check Out' at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Select or add your shipping address.
4. Click 'Continue to shipping method' at the bottom right of the screen.
5. The next page will display shipping speed and prices.

The total shipping cost & cash on delivery fees (if applicable) will be listed under the Order Summary displayed on the right-hand side of the page.

For all items excluding Surfboards, SUP boards & SUP paddles:

All orders below 5kg can be shipped in the U.A.E* for a flat rate of 35AED.

For Surfboards, SUP boards & SUP Paddles:
